The room had a nice interior. i liked the big pool because it was not too deep. the beach was very clean. The sea was just the best. i found the staff attentive.
customer service felt really slow. it would take a lot of time to get the attention of a waiter and then to get food by the sunbeds.

The main restaurant named saffar offers a nice selection of food and drinks. desserts are available at the ramsa lobby lounge. They tasted sweet. the sea view near the beach was great for a nice walk after dinner.

I found the room quite nice with its interior design. the pool was large and not excessively deep, something i appreciated. breakfast impressed me. It felt fresh and tasty. i really liked the bathroom products. They felt so luxury.
the room wasnt clean properly. i spotted a spider web above the bed plus some ants. this made me think they urgently need pest control.
